Work Retreat 2025

This year, our annual work retreat took a turn for the digital—but in the best way possible. By moving online, we opened the doors for more team members than ever before, proving that creativity, collaboration, and meaningful connection don’t need a physical conference room.

Our retreat kicked off with a focused working phase: reviewing the conference structure, planning a cultural event, and setting up the “Open Stage” for participant presentations. Technical needs, speaker abstracts, and panel discussions were all organized to ensure a smooth digital experience. After lunch and a brief energizer session, the team focused on logistics: livestream options, registration, city tours, restaurant guides, moderators, and networking activities. Email responsibilities were rotated to streamline communication and keep everyone on track. The retreat wrapped with reflection and alignment, reviewing organizational structures, roles, and next steps. By the end of the day, we had a complete program, clear responsibilities, and an energized team ready for the conference ahead! Online or offline, collaboration thrives when structure meets creativity—and this retreat proved it.
